Hi All...

Finally time to start a new Forum Thread on BACFest 2019. It's only 0 day away!

Things have come together nicely and we have a lot of fun plans in the works. I have pointed out most of the activities in email blasts to the membership over the past several weeks. I will continue to use the emails since they get to everybody, but feel free to ask questions and make comments here. I'll do my best to check this forum regularly and try to answer any questions you may have.

First item for discussion.... we are very nearly out of rooms in our room block at the Hilton Garden Inn - Olde Town Arvada. We may in fact be out at this moment since I know of one additional booking that just took place - Thanks, Doug!! The Hotel will make additional rooms available to our group - at the BAC group rate - while they are still available. This hotel routinely sells out before our BACFest dates so book now, if you still need a room.

Registrations numbers are way behind hotel reservation numbers. Many of the planned activities at BACFest require headcounts so hopefully, folks can get registered as quickly as possible. Click here to Register for BACFest 2019

Couple questions before I register. My plan is to have my plane flying and ready for a nice long day of flying. Do I select the option that I am flying in even though it could potentially be airline to DEN or COS?

I won't be there till Thursday afternoon / evening. If the wife joins it won't be till Fri night or Sat morning. How would you like me to register the headcount? Wife will be airlining in if anyone wants to fly in a Sierra to DEN or COS.

Jay, we will show you as flying your plane. It won't matter if you change to commercial. We're just trying to get an estimate on number of planes coming. For the registration, go ahead and fill out the form and register for one at this point. We can figure it out later if your wife is able to come.

Hi All,

It appears that the BAC Room Block has been filled. At this point, the online reservation process will not go through because it has reached its limit. I will call the Sales Director tomorrow and make sure we can still call to reserve a room at the the BAC Group rate. I will follow up here with additional information as soon as possible.
