BACFest 2013 - Upcoming Deadlines

Don't miss out on the opportunities to save money on BACFest registration and hotel room rates at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel and Conference Center. This Thursday, August 22, is the deadline to receive the discounted group rate at the hotel. After the 22nd, any remaining rooms in our block will be released and will return to the hotel's regular rate. Also, two weeks from today, on Sunday, September 1 is the deadline for the early member registration rate of $85 per person. After the 1st, the member rate will increase to $115 per person.

Thanks for reminding anyone. This weekend Alan White and I did an area tour including the resort/conference. Center, some restaurants and the Norfolk Airport.
We will be planning meals soon and firming up our numbers for the boat trip as well as getting needed clearance for the follow Coast Guard Base. It will help to have realistic numbers as soon as possible so I encourage everyone to register soon.
