Not quite sure why we can't or don't publicize this much, before our major events. Perhaps it is because we don't want it to seem like BAC is hawking tourist stuff.
But at any rate, thanks to the usual efforts of our Art Director Rick Koch ('usual' being far beyond the norm in every case!), we again have available some neat goodies for personal purchase. I just placed a $340 order, for both personal use, for personal gifting use, and for my annual BAC Fest door prize donations to BAC. At past events the door prizes have typically been awarded at the big banquet. There are usually many more door prizes than just the ones I contribute to the BAC 'cause'. Everything I have purchased in previous years has been of premium quality.
I suspect that Chris Linderman and the other event organizers are compiling give bags for attendees, as at past shows. The Cafe Press items are things that Rick makes available to us independently of the event packages. I am happy to say that I have some of Rick's mementos from both the 2006 and 2007 events; and will soon have my 2008 goodies, too!
