After reviewing the "Jack" thread and talking to some of the attendees, here's the potential headcount. Please add/correct any entry:

Arriving Thursday after lunch
Fred & Steffi Culleton - driving in and staying in the RV campground

Arriving Friday
Brad Mitchell - between 3 & 4PM CDT - staying at the Hampton. My cell phone is
Rap & Charlotte McBurney - driving in Friday afternoon - staying at the Hampton
John Redmon
John Persinger
Mike Koenig
Charlie Booton

We'll get together Friday and make some dinner plans for all those interested.

Anyone else planning to attend?

Sounds good Brad. Jean and I and navigator Bella plan to touch down between 1200-1500 CDT Friday. Would love to get together that night. My cell, 850-496-6912. Fly/drive safely everybody!
 
Confirming Rap and Charlotte 4-5PM Friday, via Kia Mouse, . In for group dinner Fri nite.

Gary Harper and I are flying in Thursday (tomorrow)...we are staying through Sunday morning at The Hampton. We want to be included in all club events - what are they? dinners...yes! hey, we do not meat i=...is this at restaurants or what?
 
Beth, I'm assuming you posted the message for you and Gary. Email me a cell phone number and I will call you after I arrive Friday afternoon. I'm at the Hampton as well. Roughly, we'll plan to meet in the Hampton lobby between 6 & 6:30, then decide on Friday's dinner. For those of you not at the Hampton, we'll give you a call if you send me your number. Not sure of all the details for Saturday, but John Persinger will let us know the plans for the Jack Daniel's tour and the meal at the Museum. We'll plan the rest once we're there.

Thanks everyone . I have a list of BAC members from the museum that registered also. Approx. 20 people so far . The club is treating to Lunch at the museum plus our own private "Flight of the Jack Daniel" tour @ 230 pm on Saturday. I plan on being in by 6 PM on Friday also. Look forward to seeing everyone .
 
we are planning on being at Museum by noon today. give us a call we would love to join you all for dinner on Friday

Arrived at 8:50am CDT. Met up with Fred and Stefi, Gary and Beth. Having lunch now. Hope to see the rest of you soon.

And are you talking about 6 in lobby of hotel or lobby of Museum?

For those interested. I will post Fridays itinerary.I am still faster than you can get a drink delivered at the tullahoma applebees .
