EARLY ARRIVALS - BACfest 2016 - Musketeers Unite!

I'm visiting my sister and her hubby in Camdenton, Missouri so will have an 85nm flight on Wednesday. What time to I need to arrive at KPLK in order to make lunch?
 
I am so sorry but due to mechanical issues ( broken air plenums) in my SD I will have to cancel my trip. I already contacted Clint on the subject.

We are sorry too as we were looking forward to meeting you and Juanita. It would have been nice if you could have left earlier in the week and rode together with Nelson Amen who is driving due to mechanical issues. See you next year.

Our reservation is at high noon. We would like anyone who would like to attend to let us know by noon on Tuesday so we can call and reduce our count to what we will actually have. Once again, if anyone needs a ride, just let me know.
 
Sharmalie and I planning wheels up at 6:30 am on Thursday out of Manassas, looking like 7+ in the air. Hope to arrive when everybody is at the dogs and burger tables. See ya all soon

We're here at Branson! We got a few days extra off work and decided to take in some of the entertainment early!

I am stopping overnight Tuesday to visit friends in Ohio. But they have a 6:30am start at work! So I will get an early start on my flight. Maybe find a place for cheap gas along the way.
 
I just looked at PLK gas prices. No reason to stop somewhere else. A thing less than $5.00/gal is good for me. Now I need to avoid the $7.56/gallon Ohio gas.
 
Folks going to Lambert's in Sikeston.... There is an airport just south of Sikeston named Kennett Memorial (KTKX). The current gas price there is $3.19/gal. It is the least expensive fuel around. It is a beautiful airport and VERY GA friendly. KTKX is 46 miles southwest of Sikeston... BTW, making the fuel stop at Kennett Memorial will keep you out of the Lindberg MOA for your trip to Branson. ALSO, please be aware that KBBG (Branson) does have a functioning tower. If you plan to fly through their airspace to get to KPLK make sure you call them up...

Tom, Jean and I are landing between 1230 and 1400. Would love to join all for dinner and movie. Are you doing Dixie Stampede, then the movie? 850-496-6912.
 
Dixie Stampede starts at 5:30 pm so it will overlap the dinner and movie. We already have tickets so won't be able to attend the dinner and movie.
 
Jane and I are traveling today, Tue, to Branson. (Plane did get completed out of annual in time, and flies great.) We've not made any entertainment plans yet, and will do so when we get settled in tonight. We've never been to Branson, so it'll be a new experience.
 
Is anybody going to a show on Thursday night? I've done Dixie Stampede several times. It's great but I'd like to do something different.

We are overnighting on Wed in KY and then have a short flight to Sikeston for lunch and Throwed Rolls. I think I'll leave a little early and stop in at KTKX for gas and then on to Sikeston.
 
I can arrive at KPLK any time tomorrow morning, but will need a ride to the hotel and then to lunch. I assume rides to lunch will leave from the hotel? If nevessary I can to directly to lunch from the airport, if there is room for my luggage. If no preference on time, I'm planning to arrive at KPLK at 10 am.
