BAC Birthday Bash at 1L0 on the Fourth of July

Around The Moon
I'd like to know who plans to attend so I know how big a birthday cake to get and how many burgers to throw on the grill.

If you're planning to be there please let me know and tell me how many folks with you.

E-mail me at [email protected].

Typical BAC fly-in (drive-in) weather. We didn't let it stop us from celebrating BAC's second birthday.

The weather kept Bo Boggs from coming from Texas. It even kept Bill Manhein from flying in from Baton Rouge. But it didn't keep Van Tyree and Steve Glaviano from driving in from New Orleans.

But we do have plenty of birthday cake left over.

Sorry to hear about the weather.

We tried a local flight to practice airwork. Coming back in from the west of Fort Worth we were staring at a nice thunderstorm right in front of us. Had to fly around it. For a couple of West Coast pilots not used to such things it was pretty dicey. Didn't even get wet tho.

I could not go-too far away, so I gave Z-mouse a bath and polish..she is shiny and purty...with a pretty clean belly for a change.

Hate to hear that the birthday bash suffered from the weather this year. I was just thinking yesterday that you I should have given you the banner on 6/10 when you were up at Petit Jean...

Nothing like a nice clean mouse with a clean belly.. :D

Common prob is to put in more than 6 quarts of oil (she'll take 8..that then ends up on the belly). Something to look for..(i'm assuming a Lyc)

Doubt that yours'd be dirty from lack of care.. 8)
