Petit Jean Fly In (MPJ in Arkansas)

If no one else is staying the night I may just make it a day trip. May play it by ear. That would be about 7 or 8 hours of flying in one day (and maybe part of the night).

It would seem that if you brought enough stuff to camp, that you'd probably want to use it? I'll try to get all my ducks in a row and decide by tomorrow afternoon about camping on the 10th.

Camping ain't our bag. We are planning (like Gaston's) to fly somewhere close on Friday afternoon and into PJ on Sat AM. Then home Sat Evening.

Anybody for dinner on Friday night?

We're game. Where were you planning to stop. I have to work 'til 5 so I can't leave "early". We're based at Hicks.

IF, BIG IF, I camp I'll only bring a tent and a sleeping bag. I don't plan on doing any cooking. Dinner and breakfast at the Lodge will be the order of the day. May still do a day trip. May stay in a motel. Will be watching the WX to see whether Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun is a better option.

We stopped at Ft Smith going to Gaston's. We haven't really decided on this one, waiting on responses. There are several Mice drivers in AR.

If you can't get away until after 5, it would be an awful late supper in AR.
