Here is a great fly in event in Virginia that helps encourage Women and girls to take up flying. Last year I took part and got to see a lot of smiles as some of these Girls/women took their very first flight. Three events left this season . http://womencanfly.com/

I will be taking part at least in the Hampton Roads Airport event. Currently out of the country, so it does depend on if I decide to return!
