Across the USA-flight relay

How many of the states airports have a "Passport" stamper that could be stamped on a "logbook". I believe Kitty Hawk has one.

Virginia and Maryland have a passport stamp at all public use airports. I believe NC also has a passport program, and Wisconsin and Minnesota did as of last year. Iowa's program operates differently, they don't use a stamp system.
