Join me at Waukesha County Airport (KUES) as Plane Safe Aircraft Maintenance, Inc. celebrates 20 years in business. Sam Cryer owner and president has invited us to attend this celebration.  It runs from 10:00am to 10:00pm CDT.  Those that have attended Oshkosh may remember we had our BAC picnic at his Warbird campsite for a couple of years before relocating to Paul’s Woods. For those attending Sam has asked us to RSVP via Facebook or [email protected]. I’m looking forward to it. Looks to be a lot of fun. See you there!

I plan to fly up today if the weather continues to look good.  Too long of a drive.  I'm almost to Oshkosh which I do drive up every year.  Any other BAC members planning on attending?  I know Bob Schmidt is going to be there since he is based at (KUES).

Overcast skies at 9500' with a few sprinkles here and there kept attendance low at Sam Cryer's 20 Year Anniversary Celebration Fly-in.  The local EAA Chapter 1637 had pancakes, sausage links, coffee, and orange juice for breakfast for those in attendance.  Lunch was provided by Plane Safe Aircraft Maintenance, Inc. with various sandwiches, snacks, treats, and drinks.  It was quite a spread.  For those staying later in the afternoon and evening there was a pig being roasted on the grill.  A variety of aircraft were there for those interested in taking a ride.  Bob Schmidt whose is based on the field taxied over in his Sundowner.  Joined by John Redmon who flew up from (KMQJ) in his Sierra.  Bob has four partners in the Sundowner and two of them were there also.  It was good time visiting with Bob and meeting his partners.
