Oshkosh 2012 and fishing?

I plan on flying to AirVenture in Oshkosh this year (2012). Will probably fly into Fond Da Lac, and I've reserved a room a little further south. My brother is coming with me, and he's not a pilot. To give him some non-aviation fun for a half day I'm thinking about fishing. (We do a fair amount of fishing in Georgia and Florida). Do any of you WI folks have any suggestions for where to rent a boat/guide for a half day either in Lake Winnebago or one of the smaller lakes south of there? Probably on Fri morning. I'd appreciate any advice/help either on this forum or PM.
