Canopy for South Central - TX, LA, NM, OK and AR

Just bustin' to plan our next regional fly-in for South Central!

I unpacked my "$99 special" at the hangar this afternoon (photos) so be looking for this if we have a need (and allowed location) for a shelter and gathering spot. President John will be mailing me a BAC banner / sign, so we will be enjoying that as well.

Well, my son does attend University of Texas North, otherwise known as the University of Oklahoma, (there must be no institutions of higher learning worth attending in the state of Texas because there are an awful lot of Texans at OU) but I think I could take shelter under the Texas BAC tent with special dispensation...

Well - it's not Southwest region, but Texas is a big place. Pop quiz - which city is closer flying distance to El Paso? Houston or San Diego?

Well Mark,
San Diego to El Paso, is about 20 shorter than El Paso, Houston.
