BAC to Oshkosh July 27th.

Due to the great turnout, we have changed the meal to a buffet and will have a cash bar set up in the room. This should help with the logistics of serving a group our size.

The bar will open at 6:00 PM and the buffet will serve at 6:30 PM. The buffet will consist of the following:

Mixed Green Salad with selection of dressings
Pasta Salad
Seasonal Vegetables
Grilled Soy Ginger Chicken
Grilled Fillet of Sirloin Steak
Wild Rice
Butter & Herb New Potatoes
Assorted Rolls & Butter
Chef Selected Dessert

Hope everyone finds this satisfactory.

Comments are encouraged, so we can have an even better event next year!

Hi all,
I will be set up in the Heli/ultralight area. My new Co Simulators On Site with a flight sim (now setup as a Bell 206) in or near slot 606. The sim is in an 18' trailer and has 220 degree around view. Any Bac members that want to see if they can also fly a helicopter are welcome to come and try. Yes, I will also have the same with fixed wing cockpit (a Sierra will be the first Beech) If anyone wants a place to meet, feel free to come to the sim, it also has a awning and I'll have a few lawn chairs there as well. Looking foward to meeting (face to face) but Not looking forward to the drive....would rather fly the Sierra! I had to fix a TV station this week and will arrive on Monday late afternoon!

Fellow Mice Drivers:

Sadly to report that Becky and I had to turn around and come home after losing gear fluid in our right landing gear in Tulsa. We had dropped a friend off in Shawnee, OK and just taken off when the gear in transit light wouldn't go out after taking off. I could only maintain altitude by raising the nose which dropped ground speed to 90 kts......would have been a mighty long trip to OSH and we were racing storms into the area as it was. Sorry we won't make it this year.....will plan to see you in Myrtle Beach.
