I will never book a flight out of tweed , new haven CT. Flight was delayed 3hrs and was in line for about 2. N1939L will be at Bacfest 2026 or I will drive my cah.

Weather was great, good food, friends getting together and even better making some new acquaintances. We had 29 members and guests in attendance today. Up two from last year. Jeff Knight passed out BAC shirts to the first-time attendees. I want to thank Jim Shafer from Power Flow Systems. Power Flow Systems donated $200.00 to our AirVenture activities. In addition, a Power Bucks Coupon which we gave away through a drawing at the picnic. The winner had their choice of $500.00 off a Power Flow Tuned Exhaust System, a Challenger Air Filter System valued at $450.00, or two cases of oil $250.00 max value. Congratulations to Nick Boland he was the winner. I do believe he decided on the two cases of oil. Again, I want to thank Jim Shafer and Power Flow Systems for their generous donation.

Thanks to everyone that attended. You are what made this event a success. Safe travels and I hope to see some of you at BACFest, Beech Party in Tullahoma, or one of my East Central Region fly-ins.
