Ice Cream Social at AirVenture Oshkosh - Oshkosh, WI (KOSH) - Monday - July 21, 2025

Looks to be a good turnout for tomorrow. Be thinking ahead, I will be asking if you want either a cone or a dish tomorrow when we meet at the Vintage Red Barn.
 
John, unfortunately I will not be able to attend (which is me, and my 2 guests). We’re attending a presentation with my grandson about Navy pilots.
BTW, I did try to recruit a former member who has 2 Musketeer projects and 2 Sundowner projects. He and his son may attend to meet folks. They are Jay and Travis Johnson.

I learned to fly from Jay's dad. I got my IFR ticket through Jay. I've met Travis at an airshow. I hope they come.
 
Linda and I received 2 free wristbands to Airventure on Monday. We don't need them and would like to give them away.to another club member. Call me if you want them 308-340-7293.
 
We had great weather and a good turn out today. Nineteen attendees in all. It finally happened. The dish or I should say cup of ice cream beat out the cone this year 12 to 7. It is a rather large cup. I still think you get more ice cream with it than the cone.

Thanks to all that came out today. Next up the BAC picnic on Thursday.
