Especially if you are in downtown LA. I got off a flight to La from Sydney once and the Aussie sitting next to me said how nice it was to see adults dressed up for Halloween. It was on Halloween. I told him to come back the next day and he would see the same stuff.
We were flying Musketeers so why not act the part.
