Since the 2014 President's Trophy year has now closed, when can we expect to see the final results for the 2014 President's Trophy and the rules for the 2015 President's Trophy.

Also recognizing what a former president said, that the president gets to make the PT rules, when are we going to return to being a flying club and scrap PT points for driving or flying commercial to a FLY-IN.
 
Cloyd: I thought you and I had a more direct relationship than to ask this question in a public forum, but in response: According to the current president, the rules for 2015 will be the same as 2014. My term ends 12/31/2015. Final results for 2014 will be published on or before 07/15/2014, and the results for 2013 PT points winner which occurred prior to my term, will be published at the same time. 2013 winner will be announced and awarded sometime during July 2014. As for your question: "when are we going to return to being a flying club and scrap PT points for driving or flying commercial to a FLY-IN". The answer: when you become President. For the balance of my term, they stay as is.

Rap, my questions requested information the entire membership might be interested. Now we know.
 
Cloyd did do one thing, made me interested enough to look and see how it was figured in the first place. Maybe if it does not place to much burden on whomever maintains the web site they can do a spread sheet that calculates the points each member has on a monthly basis.
