I recognise that red too! That is not the first bottle that Marty has opened.

For the DATA minded, Marty can open a bottle of Yellowtail in 2.342 seconds. He allows it to breathe for 1.3 seconds, and he can empty it in 7.340 seconds. A little quicker if there is a second tin cup involved!
