Ice Cream Social at Oshkosh AirVenture - Oshkosh, WI (KOSH) - Monday, July 24, 2017

Join us for an old fashioned ice cream social meet and greet to kick off the start of AirVenture 2017. We will meet at the Vintage Red Barn at 1:15pm CDT. About 1:30pm CDT after exchanging pleasantries we will walk over to one of the nearby concession stands for ice cream cones. If we are lucky again this year. We can join the EAA Vintage Aircraft Association's ice cream social for a small donation.

I was hoping to be there this year, but am working instead, I'll be trying for next year.

Very nice day here in Oshkosh. Cooler weather and sunny. Gotta love it. The Vintage Aircraft Association did have their ice cream social and we were able to join in. With a small donation. We were at the tail end of it so next year we will do it a bit sooner. Probably around 12:30CDT. Attending were James Brocksmith and his daughter Lillian. His son James was at another activity. Bob Prange with his sons Andrew and David. Bob Schmidt fresh from volunteering at the helicopter operations and John Redmon. Thanks for attending.
