Sounds like fun, John. Is there an FBO with parking on the field, or should we park on the ramp near the SS fuel pumps? Looks like decent fuel price available per AirNav.

John it sounds like fun...... Don't think i can make it but who knows maybe i will find some extra avgas money between now and sat.
 
I reached out to Bob and he will arrive early to check out where we should park. Looking at an aerial view there are some tie downs on the other side of the ramp from the fuel pumps. Steve, I hope you find the gas money and make it up. Always enjoy talking to you.

Winds out of the North worked up some lake-effect rain showers over northern Indiana and portions of Illinois on Saturday. I'm glad I have my instrument ticket. That being said we had two members from the East Central Region and two from the North Central attend on Saturday. Steve Powers in his Musketeer, Tom Bragg (aka CleoBen) in his Super, and John Redmon in a Sierra. Bob Schmidt our host drove and provided ground transportation into Burlington. Thanks Bob! I agree with Steve in his own words "Not sure if they have the best burgers but a fun place."
