Yep - - - information is changing every day ...... sheeeese
This is a tough one for ANY ONE of us to call. So .... best of luck to those studying the details and eventually making the decision. And know you will have my support - - 100%
Here is my take (probably not even worth that famous 2 cents at this point): As we consider the possibility of our BACfest not happening this year, it makes me pause and REALLY appreciate the cherished memories I have collected over the few years I have been a BAC member. Each makes me smile, and quickly realize how wonderful those past experiences have become. Meeting new people and experiencing the hospitality of each of our hosts each year, that great flying trip to Abel Island (just where is that movie .... again ?) for pizza, breakfast in Greeley, a very long walk for ice cream (!) - - - - you suddenly acknowledge that these have become some of the jewels as we journey through life. Simple.
So ... that being said (and since I have purchased my RT tickets from Great Falls, MT already), you may just find me there at the hotel, regardless, sipping morning coffee and hoping to see some other renegades from our membership. Maybe I will take a photo of me in front of the empty/closed Beech museum and add a title of "Lost Texan at the Lite Lite BAC 2020".

I would recommend registering for BACfest 2020 .No payment is needed now. If we cancel we will refund. If anyone has concerns we will refund their registration. It is a crazy time but we will figure out something. Trumpet you will not be the only one in Tullahoma that time . We are working on a Fly in /Drive in Movie event at the new Beech Park. If we can get a head count that would be helpful . Thanks

The Redcoats won't make it this year. Our return trip to the UK (from NY to Southampton on the QM) has been cancelled by Cunard and the viability of the Virgin-Atlantic trip over via ATL is not without question. There is also the question of whether we can get travel insurance to cover the trip and the likelihood of having to go into quarantine on our return. Not being able to give and receive big hugs to all our BAC friends would also be a bu**er as well. We can't get an ESTA at the moment and so would have to get a full visa and that means travel to the 'Smoke' - we are not keen; to our mind the second wave remains a possibility - both sides of the pond. Now we still have our room reservation at the hotel though so if anyone needs it, please PM me; I won't release it BAC to the hotel until closer to the planned event to try and ensure it remains available to a BACer rather than a member of the great unwashed. Stay safe Y'all.

I can't speak to the data, just cut & pasted what was there. Most likely the page data has not been updated since later registrations. That happens in a club of volunteers.

Jerry, us Yanks are caring COVID around like dogs carry ticks. Come here and the rest of the world won’t let you go back home. We will miss you and Ruth’s presence, But you are making a logical choice.

Right Seat to BAC Fest
Maybe post to share a ride to BAC Fest! My first BAC Fest was before I had my Sundowner, got a ride from another member and we split expenses. Even the right seat is a great way to get to BAC Fest, great way to meet the BAC family.
You can get some good pictures from the right seat too!
