All,

I'd like to get another New York Fly-In on the boards before the truly cold weather sets in... Gotta make those other Northeast Region Air Bosses look bad - :) . Carlos - I've seen you flying on Flight Aware - just stop by the forums and say hi already - or - we'll send you to Branson again ;) ... Dave from NJ mentioned interest in Montauk - which sounds good for me - I've been there before - I'm not sure when the restaurants close for the season... After they close the place is a ghost town...

The other possibility is maybe something up around the Adirondacks - maybe a kind of fall foliage tour with someplace good to eat... Even though it might be outside of New York - maybe someplace up in Vermont sounds good - which by the way - is a state I've never landed before...

Anyone have any interest or ideas ?

I may have N5162M out of annual ($$$$) by next weekend.
I would hate to have to arrive in a Cessna.
I can do Block Island as long as Carlos Vares, Airboss of Rhode Island gives us permission to land in his state.

Sorry - would have liked to see you again - but it seems the majority favors Block Island... If I don't see you have a good safe trip back to MI... Start thinking about some good fly-in locations in MI for us - LOL - just don't say Detroit... I've been looking for an excuse to head up that way - maybe in the spring...
