Available for sale is this clean, nicely upgraded C23 Sundowner with only 67 hours SMOH on the engine. We sold this airplane to the current owner who had extensive upgrades done in 2025 including Garmin avionics, Electroair ignition panel and more!

Interior: 8/10 - Interior shows some wear, but overall is in great condition. Complete instrument panel replacement in 2025.
Exterior: 6/10 - Paint is in good condition, but there are some areas of small paint chipping, mostly around the leading edges of the wings
Glass is in excellent condition - the windshield, pilot and co-pilot windows were all replaced in 2009
Note - the two rows of tape on the top engine cowling were put on by a previous owner as a reference to help with lining up with the centerline. The tape can be removed.
