N2076A is a well-maintained largely original C23 Sundowner. As you know the C23 offers a comfortable platform for training but is a capable cross-country aircraft with 57 gallons of useable fuel and a useful load of over 900 lbs. Typical fuel burn is 9.5 gal/hr. Sundowners are also approved for limited aerobatics. There is no known major past damage. The propeller was replaced with a new unit, and the landing gear free play was corrected per factory recommendations at last annual inspection (Sept 2025).
