Sun-N-Fun Fly-in Event

Ok, looks like my first event will be the biggest of the year! Doug has done a great job organizing this in the past, and I will need volunteers as he has. I personally have never been to Sun-n-Fun so I am flying blind.
FIRST; I need to hear from anyone willing to volunteer some time to staff the type booth. Without this commitment we can't do Sun-N-Fun! The more volunteers we have the less time everyone has to commit to. Please PM me or call.

We should be able to work out a free day pass for you time investment in the club.

We will have BAC dinner on Thursday evening as well (free).

This is a huge event and it should be good for our club and membership drive as well as a great time for GA in general.

Lets hear from you and see where we stand for 2011!

I don't know my schedule yet but may be able to fly down for the Thu & Fri. Best bet is to email all those who have attended in the past. :)

I'm planning on going either Friday or Saturday, not sure of my schedule yet. I'll put in some time.
