Pie-In! Louisa Co, VA (KLKU) Aug 17

Orbiting Earth
It's a Pie-In! Join us at Noon for a slice or an entire pie (or two!) from Floozies Pies in Louisa!

Sign me up! I'm not sure if Mary is attending or not, maybe if a few other spouses attend she will.

That's the same airport I deliver the Springer Spaniel rescues too.

MMmmmm......Pie

We just put Boston on the calendar for this same weekend 15th - 18th. Planning to visit family in bean town and some friends in Fremont, NH. If it falls through we will still attend.

Mary and I are not going to make it. We are headed north to Lawrence, MA (KLWM) to visit friends. Have a slice, or two, for me.

The bad news -

Our overnight to Lawrence, KLWM is a no go. :( Wx is showing LIFR clearing to IFR until mid-afternoon. For an overnight get-away that doesn't provide enough time with friends or justify a hangar space, rental car, hotel and dog boarding. Not to mention fuel costs. There will be better days....

The good news, I’ll be flying for pie! Mmmm.... pie. :D

I’m considering driving to this event from Fredericksburg. I sold my 1963 23, so stuck on the ground. I have never been to a BAC event. Would love to come and say “hi” to everyone and check out everyone’s airplane.

Jim, It would be great to have you join us and give you the grand tour!

Great cherry pie! I think we left at the right time. The rain showers were on the way. Thanks for organizing this fun event, Alan!
