Flight Levels
We are looking for good weather and a big turnout. Chasteen Aviation has $1.00 per gal discount for cash sale, and has agreed to a .40 cent discount per gallon to BAC, if not a cash sale. Bring all new toys to show and tell.

Dan Kirby

Ann and I are planning on being there, weather permitting. Will have at least one new plane toy for show and tell!

Brad

P.S. Dan, if it's a nice day, any chance we can ride into town and see the painted murals along the river?

Hi Dan,

If the weather holds, I'll be there......It's got to be warmer than Cleveland/Akron area.

Dan - Debbie and I will try, depending on weather. As of today KBLF is still closed. I couldnt get out yesterday to take Christmas packages to Lexington.

Sorry Dan, don't think Liz and I will be able to make it. I know it's only 1175 nm but Snuffy is in the shop getting a WAAS upgrade or else we would be there. Hopefully next time. Tell everyone hello and have a great flyin.

Gary,

Sorry to hear that, as I know it's a short hop for you, but we'll do it again. Merry Christmas to you, Liz and yours.

Dan,

Weather may be questionable for us in the morning, but will give you a call around 10:00 to let you know our status. Hope to see you at the restaurant around 11:30.

Brad & Ann

Clear blue skies in Kentucky and the afternoon forecast has improved considerably. We plan on arriving around 11:30.

Have fun, guys and gals! 400 overcast in Wisconsin this morning.

Don't forget some pix for BAC Talk!!!!

Sounds like fun. Stephanie, Jack, Dean, and I will try to make it.

Last minute company stopped in while traveling across the country. Looks like the weather is holding out. I look forward to hearing about it.

The weather held long enough for 7 of us to get to Portsmouth. Dan & Ann Kirby, Gary & Debbie Boyce, Steve Nelson and Brad & Ann Mitchell. Great good and great company. 45 knot winds aloft made for a quick trip going, but slow coming home.

Let's hope for a short winter and plenty of decent flying weather in 2010 for all the BAC fly-ins!

I certainly enjoyed meeting everyone and had a nice "lunch" (I had the great blueberry pancakes) I was showing 164Kts ground speed for the whole trip home! Who says Sierra's aren't fast.......of course if anyone has read about the wind in the earler post I guess the 30Kt tail wind didn't hurt any

Hope everyone had a good trip home and looking foward to the next outing....maybe with less wind and more heat!
