The biggest annual event at the National Air and Space Center, Smithsonian Udvar-Hazy Center near Dulles Airport has evolved into the "Innovations in Flight" day. http://innovationsinflight.si.edu/
Since our planes were an amazing innovation in training and traveling aircraft there will be a Beech Sierra on display as part of the event. This is a great way to meet the public and share our enthusiasm for flying and there is a great array of aircraft and other displays. Planned as a family day this is also fun to bring family and friends so they can learn why we enjoy this. I could use one or two BAC members to help me display my plane but also just stop in and say Hi. Well worth the experience to fly into Dulles that day and see what a bunch of slow/small/Antique/Warbirds etc can do to gum up the traffic at such a big Airport. Lots of fun!
