Looking forward to seeing you all again and returning to the NorthEast

I was reviewing my print out of my BACFest registration. I noticed it had a line that said "print tickets". I am not sure what I would have received if I had done that. Maybe I won't be admitted to BACFest without tickets, huh? Please comment on "print tickets". Thanks.

Let's everyone help Tom out. He doesn't have much hair left to pull out trying to tie down loose ends in New Bedford. He has compared the hotel reservation list with the paid registrations for BACFest. 45 members (not including spouses/guests) have made a reservation at the hotel, but 20 of you have yet to register with BAC and pay the registration fee. As we are less than a month away from the event, confirmations have to be made with the airport, the restaurants, the caterers and the bus company. Don't be left out. A hard deadline is nearing (Tom can say what that is), but if you're not paid up, you may miss out on a meal!

Thanks for helping out and saving what little hair Tom has left!

Brad

Mike,
No need to print out a ticket. It was a one-pager, but I don't believe Tom and Margie will require it for admittance. You're safely on the all paid up list.
Brad

Registered today - - not sure if it was a repeat. But .... don't want to be left out!! Couldn't find any record of doing this in the past ..... if so, just make it another $95 donation ...... :D

Oops! I Am one of those that registered for the hotel way back when and I forgot to register for BACFest. I better soon.

If your initials are here you need to register with BAC for New Bedford.
If you wait any longer you will be making a mess.

Tom, mea culpa, I delayed registering or reserving until I had scheduled my parents' burial (it is now Sept 9) and a better feel for whether plane will be flyable. Now I'm willing to gamble "yes", so I plunked down the BAC registration fee, but is the hotel still able to provide a reduced-rate? I don't know the group code for BAC Fest rooms, or maybe the block is all used up?
Lisa

Call the hotel direct, the hampton in New Bedford knows about the event and the discount. I think they are calling us the Beech Reunion, close enough to BACfest for me.

The phone for the Hampton Inn is 508 990-8500.

For all those who have registered with BAC ($95) relax. I have your registration.
If your initials are on today's S--T LIST register now before I release Brad Mitchell to embarrass you.

FC, DD, PF, MG, HH, RK, CL, CN, SP, BS, DS, ST, MV,

Example: DS stands for Dave Singleton.

For those looking for the special hotel rate, even now, AFTER THE DEADLINE do this...
Phone the Hampton Inn at 508 990-8500. Ask for Liz Swider. If she is in a good mood you will get the $109 rate.
