Brunch at Rick's Cafe Boatyard - Indianapolis, IN (KEYE) - Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016

Sorry to hear you can't make it Larry. Hopefully you can make Portsmouth (KPMH) on 11/26. For those that plan on attending (KEYE) please RSVP on the forum or contact me directly. I plan on making reservations.

John,

Jane and I are planning on being there. The only problem is that the Sierra is on jacks in a hundred pieces in the middle of an annual. It should be done by the weekend. Let me say that again.....It SHOULD be done by the weekend. I'm waiting for a couple of parts. If it's not, I will let you know by Saturday morning.

John, I'm hoping to make this on Sunday, but won't know for sure until Saturday. Will confirm then.

By the way, I know a few years ago Eagle Creek imposed a landing fee, but was waived with a fuel purchase. Do you know if that's still the case?

Brad, I reconfirmed a few days ago that there are no fees if we go to Rick's Café Boatyard. They did not charge us last year.

We will be there! (weather permitting) I finished the annual today. As a side note, My son, and partner in the Sierra, Curt IV, did his first solo flight in the Sierra today! He has less than 50 hours since he got his PPL. Most of that has been dual in the Sierra.

Add Henry and Howard (from Chicago, Wx permitting).
Uh, I sold my Sundowner for an F33 - we're still allowed to come, right????
Henry

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. Looks like we have 13 so far including myself. If you are even thinking about attending let me know. I will be making reservations today. There is now a TFR since Governor Mike Pence is now VP-Elect Mike Pence. This is located over his current residence. My direct route of flight would take me through the TFR. So, I will be talking to ATC and navigating around the TFR. It will be easy to avoid. Below is the text and a graphically representation. See you on Sunday!

John, count me in for now, but not sure if anyone else from 27K will be coming. May know tomorrow when I see you at KLOZ.

Brad

Currently the head count is 12 aircraft and 17 attendees. If you are planning on attending and you have not replied yet. Please do so. Even if it is just before engine start. If you have to cancel please let me know as well. I have alerted the FBO on how many aircraft to expect. I have asked them to park our aircraft together for a couple of reasons. One out of courtesy I don't want to interfere with their business with that many aircraft. Two it makes for a great photo op. I am holding off revising the head count with Rick's until tomorrow at 10:00am when they open.

The plan is arrive by 11:30am EST. I will be there early to assist with parking. Gather up our group by about 11:45am and walk across the street to the restaurant. Our reservation is for 12:00 noon EST. Any questions or you need to get ahold of me. My number is listed below. See you tomorrow!
