Fly into Mt. Vernon Outland Airport and join us at the Bonnie Cafe. The restaurant is located on the field. They serve a great buffet. It has been a couple of years since we have been to the Bonnie Cafe. So, we are overdue for a visit. Arrive by 11:00am CDT.

Weather was good, food was great, and the conversation even better. We had two attendees and one Sierra on the field. Something caught my eye when I arrived. The BAC card. Bonnie Aviators Club. 5th meal free, $0.20 per gallon discount during visit, Eligibility to win cool semi-annual prizes. Lunch buffet was great as usual. The breakfast buffet cuts off at 10:30am. I'm thinking of moving up the arrival time for the next fly-in at Mt. Vernon so we can try out their breakfast. Chris Bock asked about the recent Beech Party and BACFest 2026. We also talked about previous BACFests and the upcoming BACFest 2027 in Louisiana. Avionics upgrades that Chris has done to his Sierra and the one I am planning for my Sierra.

Next fly-in will be in Portsmouth, OH (KPMH) at the Skyline Restaurant.
