BACFest 2017

I will be there the 21 solo. Is anyone else solo and has a room to share cost? Ken.

The email for registering for BacFest 2017 got away from me. Is there a link on the webpage some place to register? I search for it but came up with no results.

Too many emails and I get trigger happy deleting them.

Wait, I found the link under John's reply on an earlier post to this string, I am registering now.

I am interested in possibly lining up a group flight for the last leg up through the Hudson River corridor toward New England. If there is interest in this we can talk about it over am imeet after the rules review imeet session. It might be cool and maybe safer to set it up as a bunch of planes in half mile trail etc. we could all meet at someplace like Belmar NJ for fuel, coffee, and planning before we head up through the Hudson?

Sorry, but Steve and Sharmalie have to bow out this year, I've just cancelled my reservations at the hotel so there's at least 1 room back on the list available.

Tom, wrote another post elsewhere. I cannot attend this year.

All: I had reserved a hotel room at the group rate. Before cancelling would anyone else like to have it?

Air Canada just sent me an email this morning changing my flight details. I am now flying out of Toronto on Air Canada flight 518 at 0810hrs, 21 Sep 17, arriving in Boston (BOS), Terminal B at 0942hrs, 21 Sep 17. This gets me in to Boston two hours later than originally planned. Still not sure how I'm getting from Boston to New Bedford, but there's still time to figure that out.

The Foster's are coming... likely by Mouse, unless C-FXAT is in shop for a new CDI

Is there a FBO that we are using as a group? Looks like there may be 3 on the field? How about transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Thanks,

Mike

Gary,
I will confirm your confirmation.
SANDPIPER AIR is our FBO.
The first BACFest plane arrived there on Thursday 9/14. (N5162M - whose is that?)
Andrew Bonnie's plane is always there at a different FBO.
Archie Belanger is the head linesman and he says he will park us all together.

BACFest transportation begins KEWB to Hotel at noon 9/21.
Most likely sooner. Steve Cote is in charge of this.

You really can't get lost. KEWB is not quite as big as KJFK.
Of course, Alan White might get lost!
