Could all members intending to fly into Stinson (Weather permitting), please put a note in this thread along with expected arrival time and whether or not you intend to rent a car.

San Antonio Aviation (SAA) needs to plan the ramp space so we can all be parked together.

If you intend to rent a car at KSSF, get that info to SAA ASAP (210 922 1203). Rental cars are drying up fast there as well as at KSAT.
 
early afternoon on Thursday (spending Wed night in Nawlins with some Cajun attitude). Will need pickup and drop off to hotel.

Early PM arrival 7th, probably 2-3pm depending on weather. Charlotte and I plan to cab it in. Kathy says cabs are easy to get at KSSF.
 
Bo, This is Mark Johnson, N2104W, 1973 Sundowner. I plan to fly in from Glendale, AZ, arriving Stinson Field about 2 pm Thursday. I understand we can get transportation from Stinson to the Motel, so I will not need a rental car. Looking forward to being there. Mark
 
Planning to arrive about 1300 on Thursday. Not planning to rent a car. Will hitch a ride or take a cab.

As of now, That makes 11 airplanes coming.
2 Wednesday, 7 thursday and 2 unknown (Rap and Mike Hagans)

Please use flight following or IFR, so we can "see" you on Flightaware and stage transport.
i.e Cloyd arrives at 1:00 and if he will wait until Mark arrives, they can spilt the cab fare. ($20 for 1 passenger, $20 for 7 passengers)
 
While we're arranging logistics, how about a lunch meeting somewhere, anyone open to that, similar to what we did last year?

For those arriving at SSF, The airport diner is open til 2:00. It is a very short hike (<100 yards) and decent food. It would be a good place to wait for other arrivals while arranging transport downtown.
 
I plan on arriving at KSSF on Wednesday by 1:00pm. I will update my progress enroute and I will be filing IFR. I will either take a taxi or share a ride with someone.
 
I now show 14 aircraft at KSSF. WOW!!!
From the probable arival times, there should be some easy cab sharing to downtown.

We are planning on arrival before noon Wed. We will probably eat lunch at the diner and tend to some arrangements before heading into town in the rental.
