I'm actually hanging out at the Bonanza Society tent (I now own an F33), which is just South of the Beechcraft lot (and right next to the Cessna Pilot tent...)
But 'Oscar' (my now-for-sale Sundowner (www.N23830.com) will always be a part of the family.....

I cannot attend the BAC picnic as we are unable to get to Airventure until Friday and Saturday. I would like anyone who is in the same circumstance as I to let us know that you will be At Oshkosh on Friday or Saturday and we will find a way to get together.

Henry, I got delayed in Minnapolis. I had my son's company's mechanic try to figure out why my Sierra's engine was using too much oil. We ended up removing two jugs on one side and having an engine shop on field hone and re-ring them. We got most of it back together by this evening and will finish in the early morning. We should be able to leave for KOSH by 8 or 9 a.m. Friday for the 1 1/2 hour flight there. We will park in the General Aviation Camping area in the north 40. Give me a call late morning or afternoon on my cell phone: 308-340-7283. Maybe we could have lunch together or meet somewhere if not for lunch. If you are still at the Bonanza Society tent we could come and find you.
