Planning to arrive one day early.
Planning to make day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Anyone else?
May go on the Hudson corridor, but not solo (I am too cautious for that). Need a navigator or I may join in as a pax/helper with another pilot.
All assumes my engine will be back on my airframe!

I just updated the calendar with the basic dates, someone that knows more needs to update the details of the event on the calendar.

The Mascelli's are arriving on Tuesday the 19th. We plan on heading out to cape cod after we get settled in the hotel. Wednesday and Thursday we'll do Nantucket and Martha's vineyard. Thursday -Sunday BACFest then heading to Boston for a couple of days followed by a visit to New Hampshire to meet up with friends.
I guess at some point we'll point 08Romeo for home.

Seven group priced rooms have been added. If you are going to BACFest you should reserve NOW!
There are more members going than listed on the attached hotel census below. These people may have reserved through Hilton, or are spending Hilton points, or did Hotels.com, etc.
For those needing details on a day to day basis: Please be patient. Though 99% of arrangements have been made already, as more people are added it tips the scale of room size, transportation, etc.
To be sure, there is so much to see and do that limiting your stay to only the Thursday, Friday, Saturday official nights will leave you disappointed you did not add extra days.
And... There are scads of things for your non-flyer guest to do all as part of the group planning. You will be exhausted with pleasure daily.

Headed to Andromeda
We are planning on a Hudson River corridor imeet discussion before this event. If going solo I suggest using the 3000 foot route inside the class B or lower with flight following but not the 1200 ft area. Definitely an eyes open operation.
