TEXAS BBQ LUNCH - Feb 24th - west side of San Antonio - 8T8

Come on over and join us for great Texas BBQ and Texas hospitality on the west side of San Antonio.

Saturday - February 24th - serving lunch from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Nelson's hangar - located at 8T8 - San Geronimo Airpark

Easy to land 3000 ft paved runway, free food, free drinks, and we'll swap airplane stories.

I will be at the hangar from 10:00 am forward, so come early to light the fire if you wish. Forecasted to be in the 70's - - sweet!

We'll be next to the smokin' grill, about 60 west of the runway .... and 2/3 from the north end. Big blue hangar. Taxi up close and take only 15 steps to the table !

Nelson I would love to make it, I'm not sure if I can. I thought I was bringing my plane back from the avionics shop on Thursday but it failed the FCF, the Sandel wouldn't remain in approach mode...

If I get the plane back this coming week I would like to make it. I'm not sure if that will happen. I'll update you as the week goes on.

Nelson - no update from the avionics shop. I don't forsee myself having a plane before the weekend. Sorry I'll have to miss out.
