We are going to try to have ticket pickup at the front desk of the Hilton Garden Inn (3839 Don Emerson Drive, Lakeland, FL, US, 1-863-647-0066) like we did last year. Your arm band(s) & volunteer parking pass (yellow lot) will be in an envelope with your name on it.
We are planning events for Sun-n-Fun again this year.
1) BAC will be putting up a table in the type club tent.
- Please help the club out by giving of your time.
- All volunteers that work at least two shifts will get a free pass
2) Dinner is Thursday night (BoneFish Grill like last year)
3) the old oak tree with the chairs will have a BAC banner around the tree - near last hangar in the corner

Mike and Jim will also deliver available table materials to the Type Club Tent on Monday morning, April 12th. Please let Mike know if anyone else will be in Lakeland on this Sunday and Monday. Mike and Jim will be heading toward Lakeland on Saturday morning, April 10th, via Mike's Explorer.

The Type Club Tent is located on the East end of the display/vendor ramp, almost right at the exit to the flight line.
It is set back a bit from the line, so it is easy to miss. It should be shown on the site map you receive with your tickets, in the Program.
