The BACFest 2010 Movie is ready for distribution.

This is a 30 minute movie covering most of the events and people attending this fabulous event in San Antonio. It will make a good memory for those who attended and show those who have never attended a BACFest what a good time the event is.


On the advice of the Exec board, I will handle the production and distribution of the DVDs. We will charge a fee of $10/copy to cover expenses, including shipping. If there is any leftover after the DVDs ara all shipped, I will donate the "Profit" to BAC.

You may place your order here or by email direct to me. I will ship all orders received in late December.
 
Thanks for doing this, Bo! I had the opportunity to preview the DVD and Bo has done a wonderful job of capturing the event. You will get to see the venues, the activities and the people of BACFest 2010. In fact, the DVD will give you an uncommon opportunity to put names to faces of a lot of the Club members.

If you did not get to attend BACFest 2010, I urge you to get a copy of the DVD. It is a great way to enjoy what you missed and it will serve as a reminder to not miss BACFest 2011!

OK, for the Aussies, When I know how many, I will send them to Mark ande he can handle it from there.

Brad, will it be too much trouble to allow Paypal to BAC and you send me the list of those paid? If I don't get enough paid to me, I'll "bill" you (BAC) for the difference, and the balance remaining will be the donation.

Yes it is. that is Avenue N, letter only, N as in November. Plano was laid out with N-S streets as letters and E-W as numbers.

With Dan Jonas in Dallas, can't he pick the DVDs up from Bo? He flies all over the country and could probably deliver them. --Never mind Santa might file a grievance
 
As much as that sounds like a good idea, I'm pretty sure that most people are not going to want to wait until I get around to their home-town. At least Santa has a predictable and rapidly approaching delivery date. However, I am working on Christmas Eve and Day, so will be delivering some passengers and related packages somewhere.
 
I currently have 7 orders in hand for the DVD. I haven't heard from Mark G about using paypal.

Anyway, I will make the disks next week and ship then on or about Jan 3.

If you want to be in the first production run, get your orders in before Dec 30.

With Smithy and I accounting for two, that leaves five copies for the rest of the world.
So, for ten bucks, we get not just some great shots, but a LIMITED EDITION as well. Sure to become collectors items in the very short term.

Mark, that was seven orders paid for. It doesn't include you two and some others who have expressed their wish for a copy. Until Mark can set up the Paypal account, .......
 
I mailed 12 copies today. USPS as some of them went to PO boxes.

Check your snailmail boxes later in the week.

I will continue to make and send them as long as I get orders.

Mark G, what about Paypal? I have enough from the cash (checks) received to cover a lot more. So it can go direct to the general funds.
