Mystery Photo Surrounding BAC Event

Collectively you have hit upon some facts.
Possibly identified the pilot.
Yes, it's a plastic supermarket bag with a plastic streamer.
Something is going out the window. What? Why? Where?
There is no contest involved only a tradition.
More after additional guesses.

This is one of the funniest threads Tom. I look forward to being in Laconia this week for the Ice Runway landing.I also look forward to supporting our North East director as he contributes his time and energy to warm up and excite those that generally are not interested in aviation.

John Persinger is not eligible to guess as he knows the answer.

When I return to Boston tomorrow I will post a big hint. In the mean time... the items being dropped from ?'s Sundowner is a form of reading material for ??? who are passing time ??? This will be the tenth year of this drop.

There are still three prizes available for the closest "guesses" to who this pilot is and what is he/she doing?

See reply #1 here for original photo.

Post your answer here from the photo clues attached. (New York Post, Patriot Ledger Quincy MA)

I was so excited that I was the first one to get this and then I read the articles where you had already posted what it was! I'm so deflated now!

Alan-

Considering Tom's subject matter... Did you mean to say flaccid instead of deflated? <ducking and running>

Alan White surfaces once in a while. So I will humor him upon this sighting.

Yes Alan, you are correct. Just ignore all the clues in message #29 and pat yourself on the back for being right.
You win!

Note the bottom photo on #29. It was taken this year with the magazines being taken OUT of the plane. The winds on Lake Osippee, New Hampshire on February 9th were in excess of 40 knots. That closed the ice runaway and any mountain flying that day. My ice fishermen friends could hardly stand the wind chill but persevered nevertheless.
