Lunch in Hagerstown, MD (KHDR) 10/20/19

Sunday is calling for 50% chance of rain while Saturday is clear. Does anyone want to move the event up to Saturday?

Fine with me.

Looks calm, too. The real deal-breaker for me is turbulence. Gotta keep the co-pilot happy.

Enjoy! Unfortunately, the medical device conference I am attending in Baltimore ends later today. I won't be able to join.

It was pleasure meeting you all. I appreciated the warm welcome on my first lunch fly-in with Skippy. What fabulous flying weather too!

What a great way to spend the day. Spectacular weather and wonderful people. Beech airplanes help, too. Nahia and I had a great time. Good job, Alan.

And I saw my first Skipper in the skin. And a beauty, too.

Hagerstown, MD (KHGR) Lunch

Great time with everyone yesterday. The weather was smooth and clear from flying into Hagerstown from all directions. Gary and Mary Mascelli came in from Ocean City, MD, Les and Nahia Pawlik flew in from near Baltimore, MD. Alan White flew up from Waynesboro, VA. John Persinger flew the shortest distance from Manassas, VA but of course, was the last to arrive. He did get there just in time to pick up the tab for lunch though! Thanks John! Bob Rivers made his first appearance flying in from DE in his Skipper! We were all so excited to see a Skipper real and in person!
