I'm driving over on Friday, but haven't decided on a departure time from San Diego yet.

You’re right, it doesn’t. The upper right list requires the webmaster to manually enter that information. It is in the calendar “list” of events though which is created automatically when a new calendar event is added

I am planning on arrival Friday morning about 10'ish. Here is the Friday schedule:

Friday, February 14, 2025​

  • 8:00 a.m. Airport open to Fly-in Arrivals
  • 9:00 a.m. Exhibit Hall Opens
  • 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Demonstration Airshow
  • 4:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall Closes
  • 4:30 p.m. Airspace Closes for the Night
  • 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Private Evening Airshow Practice
 
My planned arrival is late afternoon on Thursday, February 13. Hopefully around 5-6 pm. Staying at the Holiday Inn so will probably utilize the shuttle for the airshow. However, I will have my car, so if transportation is needed for something, I'm in.
 
If AOPA follows the same protocol as last year, they have seminars running in the seminar tents from 9:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. Seminars are typically 1 hour in length. I'm sure I will be attending some of those. AOPA hasn't posted the seminar schedule so far on the website (and I looked in the last few days for it.)
