I have created this additional forum thread for comments, discussion and Q&A concerning the fly-in.  I will check in here weekly and answer any questions that may pop up.

How long may I ponder about attending ??    - the main limitation is the number of accommodations available.  We have 17 rooms at the lodge and 3 cabins set aside for us at this time.  There is no alternate to the lodge/cabins .... other than camping.  It is a remote location.  Our current attendee list shows one cabin and 6 rooms taken.  15 persons are planning to attend as of today (Dec 12).  I do not have a good feel about the level of interest of our BAC members.

Yes - - - each of the attendees will need to call the lodge front desk and make their own room/cabin arrangements.  We have a group number when calling the lodge.  BEECH AERO CLUB #492364    This is a tracking method for the state park, NOT a special pricing.  The benefit for BAC is that they will block out 20 places for us until late February.

For a lot more info, review the 4 attachments on my main BAC*Lite forum thread.  They describe the individual rooms at the lodge, the cabins, and also the Mather Lodge Front Desk phone number is shown (501-727-5431).

As a side note, I have already reserved cabin "0" for myself (Thursday arrival).  It has the most square footage of the cabins and two restrooms.  I plan to serve coffee and snack in the mornings for the team.  Those wanting a full breakfast can grab a table at the restaurant (self pay).
