begins with checking in and picking up Swag
Hotel bar at 6 PM for happy hour (drink tickets provided)
Night gathering with food and drink near hotel or at hotel

[B]Thursday September 17\, 2026[/B]

Made to order Breakfast @ Hotel in AM
8am Fly out /Shuttle out to AOPA tour
Below is the schedule they have set for when we arrive.
10:30am- Meet with ASI’s Mary Kuehn
11:00am- Meet with Medical’s Anita Fetzer
11:20am- Tour of HQ with Emma Reckley whom you have spoken to and myself
11:45ish- Tour/Visit the NACC with Thomas Coldwell
Planes and shuttles leave Frederick to Follow
Drive /Fly Back to JYO Shuttle
Bluemont Vineyard 1PM -5 \, drinks  and food 
Shuttle To IFLY Skydiving  
IFLY SKYdiving    5:30 -8:30PM   Pizza and Drinks 
(Shuttle to Hotel)

8am Shuttle out to Arlington Cemetery Stop
DC Smithsonian museums Metro stop and drop off
Shuttle to USMC Museum.
On your own till 3PM 
3:30 PM Shuttle to Hotel for Happy Hour

6:30   PM Shuttle to Perch Putt Food and Golf
10:30 PM Shuttle to Hotel 


[B]Saturday September 19\, 2026[/B]

Made to order Breakfast @ Hotel 
Shuttle to Dulles Air and Space Day tour with docents in 10AM -1230 and 2 pm return to hotel
General assembly meeting to be held 3:30 -4:30PM

5:15 PM shuttle to DC 
630 PM Board the Odyssey in Washington\, DC and enjoy a plated brunch with a gourmet 3-course dinner. Relax at your private table and take in the views with curated background music.
DC monument van tour on the way back to the hotel after the cruise.
