Beechcraft 1981 Sierra C24R for sale.
This nice Sierra is actively being flown, just not enough to make sense to keep it. Current annual, IFR with current data.
Original 6 seat plane but I fly it as a 4 seater with extra cargo room. Panel is mainly recent BendixKing avionics. KSN 770 Fully IFR for all appropriate approaches. STec 30 autopilot with Alt hold. Dual ILS. JPI engine monitor with Fuel flow. Airframe approx 5800hrs.
Engine has about 1950 hours but was redone by Lycoming at about 350 hrs due to Crankshaft recall. New pistons, rings, valves etc. Basically a factory overhaul except for reused cylinders. Full logs from Lycoming on this.
No damage history except for some hail in 1980s. Good but not great paint. Nice leather interior. This plane was the Sierra flown and featured in the last full Sierra review in AOPA Pilot magazine.
