Offering here first, will be listed for $65,000 with a broker if no one is interested. Was owned by a previous BAC member for 20 years prior to us. I got my PPL on this wonderful airplane from my CFII/MEI son. We’ve really enjoyed the club and learned so much while improving our Musketeer along the way. We couldn’t be happier with “Betsy”, but stumbled into an opportunity with a very small club with new DA40NG and DA62. I’ll take care of these airplanes as part of the deal and can’t do both. Hoping Betsy goes to a great new home and stays within BAC.
I am an A&P IA and have been slowly updating fixing up our airplane as we go. Higher time engine, but when I had Poplar Grove do the magnetos and talked to them about it, they recommended doing oil changes every 25 hours / 4 months instead of 50 hours and as long as not making metal, making power and compressions are good, to keep running it.
